The “Cardinal” is a 399 sq ft, 1 bed / 1 bath RV park model tiny home with a loft. This version features a side entry, an alternate kitchen layout, a built-in fireplace, and a monoslope roofline. Just like our other Cardinal models, it also includes a walk-in closet with a stackable washer/dryer hookup.
The price is $50,131, which includes delivery and tie-downs within 100 miles (additional freight charges may apply for longer distances), a ductless A/C and heating system with manufacturer’s warranty, plus a 7-year extended service contract.
